This is to certify that Kale Realty has my permission and consent to advertise our vacant unit(s)which we have available for rent in the real property as stated below, located in the Northern District of Illinois.? It is understood that Kale Realty will list our vacancies on the MLS and other websites or media as deemed necessary in order to provide qualified tenants to us. This is a non-exclusive arrangement between our two companies. Kale Realty is providing this service at no charge except that if a lease is signed with a respective tenant introduced by and through the varied marketing efforts of the Kale Realty Company, we will pay to Kale Realty the equivalent of one months rent of said tenants lease term. If there is another Real Estate broker involved, our check will be made payable to Kale with the understanding that Kale will compensate the other real estate agent involved in the lease transaction.
