Loop on Roosevelt Road since 1921. We are a family owned
and operated business that knows the Chicago market and
has seen both its ups and its downs.

Our
History:
Kale is the middle name of Broker-Owner Nick Patterson.
Nick's grandfather, Sol Kale founded Kale Uniforms and
it quickly grew it into one of the largest suppliers of
police and fire department uniforms in the country. The
Kale family even provided the uniforms for a couple famous
Chicago movie,s including Backdraft and the Blue's Brothers.
Kale
which is short for the old family name, Kaluzna, has long
roots in the South Loop neighborhood. Nick's Great-Grandfather
had a tailor shop at 1250 S. Jefferson back in 1921. In
2006, the city honored Sol with a street name right on
the corner of Roosevelt and Jefferson for 84 years of
continued support for the community.
